On April 30, Concern Stirol [STIR UZ, U/R] submitted some FY07 financial data with the Ukrainian Securities and Stock Market State Commission (SSMSC).

Avdiivka Coke [AVDK UZ, N/R] is convening a general meeting on June 19, one of the topics on the agenda being approval of a share offering plan. The proposed plan is to issue 1.458 mln of new shares that will have a face value of USD 0.348.

Electricity generation company Dniproenergo [DNEN] has posted its 1Q08 financial results. Overall, YoY results appear to be worse than DNEN’s QoQ results, which, compared to 4Q07, have slightly improved.

Electricity distribution company Volynoblenergo [VOEN] approved a dividend payout of 15% of its net income for FY2007 at its April 24 AGM, implying USD 0.00017 per share.

Ukrainian dairy company Ukrproduct Group [UKR LN] increased its net sales 37.2% YoY to USD 95.8 mln. Its net income surged to USD 6.6 mln from USD 2.2 mln and EBITDA expanded 96.0% to USD 10 mln.

Yasinovka Coke [YASK UZ, N/R] has released its 2007 annual report.

The Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine said he believes in UAH appreciation while commenting on the current FX policy.

Electricity distribution company Mykolaivoblenergo [MYON] decided during its April 23 AGM not to pay dividends for 2007. The company will direct 95% to its development and 5% to its reserve fund.
