International ratings agencies Fitch and Moody’s rated DTEK’s Eurobonds with preliminary ratings of B- and B2. DTEK announced its intentions to issue Eurobonds on April 13, 2010, the road-show will take place during April 15-22, 2010.

Kryukiv Railcar [KVBZ UZ, BUY], the leading Ukrainian freight railcar producer, the only Ukrainian producer of passenger and subway cars, in 1Q10 increased output by 288% YoY, producing 1958 cars vs only 505 year ago. On the other hand, passenger car output decreased (in 1Q10 there were produced only two passenger cars vs 11 in 1Q09). The Plant plans to produce another 700 freight railcars in April.

International rating agency, Fitch, rated Ukreximbank new Eurobonds issue (USD 500 mln of volume, 8.375% as а coupon) with long-term rating B-.

Kernel Holding [KER PW, HOLD], a major grain trader and sunoil producer in Ukraine has announced its financial results for 2Q2010 ended on December 31, 2009. For the 2nd quarter Revenue decreased 6.5% YoY, from USD 291.2 mln for 2Q2009 to USD 272.3 mln for 2Q2010; Operating profit increased 7% YoY from USD 48.2 mln to USD 51.6 mln; Net profit increased 8% YoY, from USD 39.9 mln to USD 43.2 mln.

The State Property Fund officials told on Friday that the fund is considering sale of the state owned 25% stakes of Odessaoblenergo [ODEN UK], Prykarpattyaoblenergo [PREN UK], Poltavaoblenergo [POON UK] and Sumyoblenergo [traded OTC] on the stock exchange. Last year the SPF failed to sell the stakes in four oblenergos through the auctions.

According to information published in the agenda for the AGM of Avdiivka Coke [AVDK UK], the Company’s net loss in FY2009 was USD 62.4 mln.

Yasynivskiy Machine Building Plant [YAMZ UZ, N/R] initiated one more shareholders meeting (this time for May 19, 2010), the main agenda questions are reorganization of the Company from Open Joint Stock Company to a Public Joint Stock Company and the election of the supervisory authority of the Company.

Ukreximbank, government-owned bank, the third largest Ukrainian bank by assets, intends to issue USD 500 mln in Eurobonds with a 2015 maturity and 8.5% coupon, Reuters reports.

According to financial statements released by Alchevsk Coke, its net income in FY2009 increased by 157% (in UAH terms) from USD 5.3 mln in 2008 to USD 18.1 mln in 2009.
