Electricity distribution company Krymenergo [KREN] announced at its AGM on April 23 that it has approved a dividend payout of 15% of its net income for FY2007, which implies USD 0.00143 per share.

Donetskgirmash [DGRM UZ, N/R], a large Ukrainian producer of mining machinery, has doubled its net loss in 2007 to USD 7.2 mln.

Stakhanov Ferroalloy Plant [SFER UZ, N/R] increased its net income 22 times to USD 18.3 mln and its net sales 44.3% to USD 186 mln in 2007.
